DESCRIPTION:How do we define research metrics and to what end? \n\n\n\nThis webinar presents the definition of metrics used for the LUMEN Metrics Service\, which is targeted at researchers to help them evaluate the impact of their work and gain visibility. The overall objective is to provide a better understanding of research metrics\, discuss specific practices for the implementation of metrics\, the most used sources for metrics and the overall use and purpose of research metrics.  \n\n\n\nThe 90-minute webinar will start with a presentation of the LUMEN Metrics Service and the definitions of metrics\, followed by a discussion with the participants. While in-person participation is limited to project partners and invited speakers\, some of the session will be available for public streaming\, more details on this will be provided soon.
